The discovery box contains about 2 pieces of 7 to 8 varieties of loukoums sarmas, these boxes are prepared to order. The composition of the discovery smart box aims to make you discover each type of variety (pistachios, hazelnuts, almonds, etc.).

They are then packaged and filmed before being shipped to you.

Je suis globalement satisfait de ma commande. Les loukoums étaient bonnes et savoureuses, et la présentation était impeccable. Cependant, j'ai quelques points à améliorer : Trop sucré: J'ai trouvé que les loukoums étaient un peu trop sucrées à mon goût. J'aurais préféré un goût plus subtil et raffiné. Pâte moins riche: En comparaison avec des loukoums d'origine turque que j'ai goûtées auparavant, j'ai trouvé que la pâte des Délices était moins riche en ingrédients. Il y avait notamment moins d'amandes et de fruits secs, ce qui a affecté le goût et la texture. Livraison tardive: J'ai commandé la livraison à un point de relais, étant donné que je suis à une certaine distance de Paris. Or, la livraison a pris 6 jours ouvrés au lieu des 3 jours annoncés, même si j'ai payé pour une livraison express. C'est un point qui mérite d'être amélioré. Malgré ces quelques points négatifs, j'ai apprécié ma commande chez Hibisway. Suggestions d'amélioration: - Réduire la quantité de sucre dans les pâtisseries. - Enrichir la pâte en ingrédients, notamment en amandes et en fruits secs. - Respecter les délais de livraison annoncés.

Je pensais que c'était des loukoums au debut, ça a un peu le gout du hlava en moins sucré avec plein de saveur.. C'est trop bon

Merci Chafiha pour votre avis, vos remarques nous permettent de nous améliorer chaque jour. Concernant la taille des pièces, tout est découpé main, même si nous essayons de maintenir une taille plus ou moins standard de nos pièces, certains variétés nécessitent d'être coupé plus large pour garder leur forme. De plus la découpe étant faite chaque jour à la main, il est parfois possible que les morceaux soient un peu plus gros ou plus fins que la veille. Néanmoins nous remontons vos remarques au service qualité pour accentuer l'attention sur la découpe.
