Hibisway offers a wide selection of carriers so that everyone can find the delivery method that suits them best.
Indeed, some areas are poorly equipped with relay points, offering you a wide choice allows you to receive your order of Turkish delights as close as possible to your home. Here is the list of currently available carriers:

- Home delivery: La Poste, Chronopost, UPS
What you need to know for UPS: in the event of a no-show at home or a problem encountered during delivery (missing digicode, absence of a name on the intercom, etc.), the parcel will be dropped off at the nearest pick-up point.

Our confectionery has a long shelf life.
The preservation of the loukoums during the transport of your orders is ensured, even if the delivery extends over several days.
This will not affect the freshness or quality of our confectionery. Our boxes of Turkish delights are wrapped and laminated to ensure optimal freshness.
A little tip in winter: once your order has been received, let your boxes rest for a few hours so that the loukoums regain their softness.

The deadlines expressed on the website are given as an indication by the carriers and are expressed in working days.
Pick-up point delivery: 95% of pick-up orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days.
