Kadayif Lover melting and crispy at the same time
The Kadayif is the Turkish version of vermicelli or angel hair as it is known in Europe. For this recipe, we rolled the milky loukoum sarma in a bed of Kadayif to give a feeling of crispiness under the teeth and that will slice with the softness of the almond cream. So ready to melt and crack at the same time?
Ingredients: Sugar, water, cornstarch, Kadayif [noodles: water, flour], walnut paste, almonds, acidity regulator (E330), butter, vanilla aroma. Allergens: milk, nuts.
